"My trip to Mississippi State went all right," said Jackson. "I don't think they are really recruiting me any more though, so they're off the list. I'm going to Georgia this weekend for an official visit. They offered me a scholarship today. They said that under the new sliding scale I'm fully qualified. That's where I'll probably end up going. I like them the best. I'm still planning on going to Louisville for a trip on the 31st as well."
With the loss of all three starting linebackers, the position has been a priority for the Georgia coaching staff, and with commitments from Danny Verdun, Des Williams, and Danny Ware and Dana Graydon, Marcus Howard, John Beason, and now Jarvis Jackson on the hook, it looks as if Georgia is definitely going to fill their linebacking needs this class.
