Dawgpost caught up with Carlton Medder tonight

Carlton Medder took a visit to Florida this weekend, but he is going to be a big part of Georgia loading up on offensive line talent this recruiting season. The Dawgs are losing their entire offensive line this offseason.

Georgia will sign a powerful offensive lineman class this Signing Day. And Carlton Medder will be one of them. "I am committed to Georgia," Medder told Dawgpost.com tonight.

Georgia is loading up on offensive line talent this recruiting season. The Dawgs are losing their entire offensive line this offseason.

"They said that they have a few guys coming back and that they are signing a few guys, so they told me that I will have a chance to play early," said Medder.

Mike Bobo recruited Medder for Georgia. Medder said that he and Bobo have a "good relationship."

But Bobo was not the only voice from Athens that Medder heard this week. Head Coach Mark Richt had an in-home visit with Medder on Monday night.

"He just talked with me about what my future would be like at Georgia," said Medder.

Medder said that he had a good time on his trip to Athens. Randall Swoopes was his host.
