Adrian Hubbard visits SEC game

Adrian Hubbard, three-star defensive end from Norcross, Ga., has skyrocketed on the recruiting scene as of late with numerous scholarship offers coming during the senior season. Hubbard talked about his weekend visit to Tuscaloosa for the LSU game.

"The visit to Alabama went great," said Adrian Hubbard. "I enjoyed the atmosphere. I enjoyed meeting coach Saban. I had met him my sophomore year, but other than that I had not talked to him. He was saying that he enjoys having the chance to recruit me.

"The game was great. Both defenses were good. The game was going to come down to one play. Alabama made the play and won. The crowd was crazy. It was loud. They were cheering really good."

Alabama is considered one of the contenders for Hubbard's signature.

"I love the winning tradition at Alabama," he said. "I really like their defense. The crowd on game day is really loud."

Hubbard will attend the South Carolina-Florida game this weekend in Columbia as an unofficial visitor. He has not taken any official visits, but a few schools are already determined.

"I have three visits in mind right now that I know I will take," Hubbard said. "Right now I know I am going to visit FSU, South Carolina and Alabama. Those are three schools I know right now who will receiver visits."

The time-frame for a decision is on the horizon as Hubbard explained, "I will probably make my decision in either late December or early January."
