It was completely different. Every other offseason I have lifted weights, but when coach Rock came the first three weeks I lost 16 pounds. It was just work all the time.
"His workouts are cardio and weightlifting at the same time. It's just tough. I did have to change some of my eating habits, but the first three weeks were a killer. I honestly didn't know if I could make it."
He now weighs 323 pounds, a drop of 34 pounds from his reporting weight when he came to UK last June.
"Coach Rock has helped me so much. It is easier to move and my stamina is up a lot this year." Warford said. "Coach Rock makes sure we are moving all the time. There is not any break. It is all fast paced. Last year it was not like that."
