The 6'3, 230-lb Gould had an offer from Western Michigan as a defensive end, but chose to come to GVSU, where he is slated to be an offensive lineman, likely a center.
GVReport got to see Gould in action this season and filed the following after seeing him.
- "He is a great football player who plays with tremendous intensity and is dominating up front on the offensive line. His size is what is keeping him from being a top end prospect. He'll have to play end or outside linebacker in college. It's possible he'll grow into a center or guard, something I'd like to see because he got such great results on offense, but he'll likely end up as a D2 prospect or a walk-on type for Big Ten schools."
Gould was an All-City selection this season.
