Israel Woolfork, a 6'4, 170-lb wide receiver is the latest Laker committment. This impressive athlete runs a 4.5 forty and has a 38-inch vertical leap. Here his comments on his committment:
Why he chose GVSU:
"The coaching staff was really cool and they didn't jerk me around. They told me how it was going to be and what I would bring to the program. Plus they win and I hate losing!
The plan for him
"They are pretty low in wideouts and they want me to work. They said anything is possible, but more then likely, I'll redshirt."
How he committed
"We called each other. They were really happy. I told my recuiting coach, Matt Mitchell and I thought that was it and then Coach Martin called me and he sounded very happy. He told me he couldn't wait to see me in Grand Valley gear."
