Hawaii vs. Cal State Northridge

Hawaii bounces back after a tough home loss to LBSU to help continue its quest to reach the top of the Big West standings.

Hawaii beat Cal State Northridge on Saturday, recovering from a brutal home loss to Long Beach State a few days earlier. Isaac Fotu led the way for UH with 20 points, while also grabbing eight rebounds. Brandon Spearman added 15 points and eight rebounds. Garrett Nevels added 15 points and four assists, while Quincy Smith finished with seven points in his first career start for the 'Bows. Hawaii moved to 15-6 overall and 4-3 in the Big West with their fourth win in their last five games. This was a tough one because Stan Sheriff was fairly quiet for most of the game. Dave Reardon brought up this point on Twitter earlier in the week, but it seems that UH gets precious few chances to prove itself to the fans throughout the year. Despite being one of the best teams we've had over the last decade, people are still skeptical about coming out to support. This should change. CMON people! This could be a 20 win team!
