LaBoy's fourth quarter sack helped seal the Warrior's 41-40 win over San Diego State.

University of Hawaii defensive end Travis LaBoy has been named the WAC Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts in Hawaii's thrilling 41-40 victory Saturday night against San Diego State.

LaBoy, a junior from San Rafael, Calif., recorded seven tackles, five tackles for a loss of 19 yards (including two sacks) and four quarterback hurries. LaBoy sealed the victory when he sacked San Diego State's quarterback on fourth down after the Aztecs had driven to the Warrior 37-yard line.

Hawaii finished the regular season with a 10-3 record and face Tulane in the Conagra Foods Hawaii Bowl on Christmas day.
