Illinois Coaches Hit the Road

With spring football wrapped up, Illinois coaches are now turning their attention to the recruiting trail, specifically in the state of Illinois.

Illinois coaches were out on the road seeing several of the state's top prospects on Tuesday. See what a few of them had to say:

CB Parrker Westphal - Bolingbrook

"It was good. I mostly got familiar with Coach Banks. Coach Clinkscale used to be my recruiter. (Banks) seems like a cool guy, but I need to get to know him better."

LB Clifton Garrett - Plainfield South

"My offseason has been going well. Coach Ward and Coach Banks came in. Everything went pretty well. They want me to get down for a visit."

TE Ian Bunting - Hinsdale Central

"Everything went well. We had a good conversation. It was Coach Golesh and Coach Ricker that came by."

RB Mikale Wilbon - De La Salle

"Coach Salem and Coach Cubit came by. They were telling me they want me to visit and camp this summer."

OL Nick Allegretti - Lincoln-Way East

"Coach Ricker and Coach Golesh stopped by to see me. Seems like Coach Golesh has really been working hard. Hopefully it pays off."

WR Mike Dudek - Neuqua Valley

"The whole visit went really well. Coach Bellamy came in to see me during lifts today. It was good seeing him."
