On the Trail: Day Two

A day after Illinois coaches hit the road throughout what they call "Illini Nation", they got back out visiting more top targets on Wednesday.

Illinois coaches were back on the recruiting trail again Wednesday, seeing prospects from all over the state, especially just east of St. Louis:

OT Roderick Johnson - Hazelwood Central (MO)

"Coach Salem from Illinois was in to see me today. I talk with him a lot on Facebook. It's going pretty well with him so far."

LB Tori Millender - Belleville West

"My recruiting coach, Coach Salem stopped in to see me today. It went really well. He told me what I needed to do to get an offer. I'm ready to go up and camp and show out."

LB Kyron Watson - East St. Louis

"Coach Salem came by today. It was good, man. I've been trying to visit. I probably won't camp but I'll visit."

DE Blake Hance - Jacksonville (IL)

"Coach Colby came by today. It was good! He's a really awesome guy and coach and I really enjoy talking to him. He was actually the first to stop by. I know I have Purdue and Vanderbilt in next week."
