After a narrow loss last year, Illinois

wasn't about to let the same thing happen again. Falling behind 21-7 early in the third quarter, Hylton put the team on his back, carrying 30+ times for 134 yards and 2 TD en route to a win.
It wasn't a sure thing. Hylton struck in the late third to make it 21-14, and late in the fourth, North added another touchdown, only to see the PAT go wide right.
Down 21-20, North needed a stop in a big way, and after excellent coverage on the kickoff and a Central penalty, North downed Central's QB in the endzone for a safety to go ahead 22-21 with just 2 minutes to go.
