SEC Offer for Solomon

Indianapolis (Ind.) Bishop Chatard class of 2015 offensive tackle Adam Solomon talks about his latest offer from Kentucky and his visit to Lexington.

Adam Solomon is now into double-digits as the tenth offer came on Friday for the 6-foot-9, 290-pound offensive tackle from Indianapolis Bishop Chatard.

"Kentucky offered me," he said. "I was actually there [on a visit]."

The trip allowed Solomon to see Lexington and the campus for the first time and the Wildcats made a strong impression on him.

"It was amazing. The program is really improving and has a lot of great facilities. It's a very beautiful campus and it's a very good school as well."

The visit also gave him an opportunity to get to know offensive line coach John Schlarman.

"He's a very good guy. He treats his players well and is a real family guy. He is a great coach on top of that as well."

Currently with additional offers from Syracuse, Cincinnati, Minnesota, Indiana, Purdue, Illinois and others, Solomon says he does not have any other visit plans on the books right now.

The Wildcats also offered his bookend tackle at Chatard, Matt McCann.
