Chris Geisz, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound wide receiver/defensive back from St. Louis (Mo.) Lindbergh is one of the top prospects in the Show Me State.
Geisz is a four-year varsity starter. Chris was a punter as a freshman but played wide receiver and safety for the past three seasons.
Does Geisz have any scholarship offers yet?
"No offers yet, just a lot of calls." Geisz said.
"Illinois calls ever week and so does Utah, Vanderbilt, Colorado, Iowa State, Tulsa, Yale and Penn.
"My top schools right now are Illinois, Utah, Missouri, Tulsa, Iowa State and Vanderbilt in no particular order."
Geisz says he doesn't have any official visits set up as of yet. Lindbergh is in the state semi-finals this weekend against Hazelwood Central.
In three seasons, Geisz has 82 receptions for 1,800 yards and 19 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, Chris made 145 tackles, intercepted 10 passed and recovered six fumbles.
Geisz camped at Illinois, Mizzou and Kentucky during the summer.
