Jeremy Pargo may be the forgotten man in all the list of PGs in the class of 2005, but that's not going to stop the 6-1 guard from the Windy City. He knows he has all the tools to play in big time arenas.
Pargo knows he will be playing D1 basketball, but at this point he's not sure at which big time school. "I do like what coach Weber has done at Illinois, and I really like the fact that he lets the point guards have a lot of freedom," said Pargo.
"Right now I'm wide-open. The current list of schools that call me quite a bit are Purdue, Gonzaga, Ole Miss and Texas A&M. Right now I haven't had too much contact with Illinois but I get a letter from them everyday," added Pargo.
"I know I need to play better defense and get my jump-shot going to be successful and it's something I'm working on." Pargo also said that he likes the fact that he can get to the basket and create shots for others.
This July Pargo plans to attend the ABCD Camp where he hopes he can showcase his skills to the many onlookers.
Pargo is just another on the list of talented players that play in the rich state of Illinois.
