"Indiana, Louisville, Army, Ball State, Ohio University, Duke and Eastern Michigan have offered me a scholarship." Said linebacker Adam Kadela.
"My favorites are Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Pittsburgh, Iowa, Virginia Tech and Illinois.
"I don't have a leader. I'm keeping all of my options open."
Kadela, a 6-foot-3, 225-pound, linebacker from Dublin (Ohio) Coffman had 100 tackles, 11 sacks, six batted balls and three caused fumbles in 2001.
Kadela will be a three-year varsity starter in 2002. He played an outside linebacker position as a junior but moves inside for his senior season.
Adam camped at Louisville this summer and unfortunately sprained his ankle during the camp. He's 100% now and ready to go.
Kadela also made unofficial visits to Iowa and Illinois this summer.
Two of his teammates at Dublin have made verbal commitments. Chinedum Ndukwe (WR) and Brady Quinn (QB) have both pledged Notre Dame.
