Illini Continue To Win

Illinois beat the Wisconsin Badgers in Champaign, (IL) today in front of a sellout crowd, 31-26.

Ron Zook knows he's got something special brewing in Champaign, IL. but still remains humble. "Right now I may cast a vote for us in to be in the Top 25, but we'll wait and see," said Zook.

The Illini were lead by Rashard Mendenhall and Juice Williams, Mendenhall rushed for 160 yards and two touchdowns, while his teammate Williams gained 92 yards on the ground for the Illini who rushed for 289 yards as a team.

Freshman sensation Arrelious Benn had five catches for 51 yards and the defense was led by senior J. Leman with 12 tackles.

The Illini are 3-0 in Big Ten play for the first time since 1990.
