Sophomore WR Arrelious Benn On The Game

Arrelious Benn seemed like a no-show but did play a big part in the Missouri game. Benn talked about the Border War rivalry with the press.

This game is a lot like déjà vu from last year.

"I don't know. It takes us awhile to come around. I'm proud of us on offense and defense; we just didn't finish and do what we needed to do. It was one game. We have a lot left. We know we can still do some great things."

What about other receivers on the team such as Chris Duvalt and Will Judson?

"Those guys stepped up. I had a lot of double coverage. They had no safety coverage over the top. Juice made the right calls. Late in the game Juice was trying to make plays. There's no fault there he was trying to get us down the field to get touchdowns."

What adjustments were made at halftime to get the ball down the field?

"Coach Locksley did a good job of calling plays which he always does. It came down to execution and believing."

How's the shoulder?

"It feels great. It doesn't feel like I had surgery."

Look for more on Benn later this week as he meets the press again.
