ANALYSIS: As expected, it's been an up-and-down preseason for Oladipo. His field-goal and 3-point field goal percentages aren't very good, but keep in mind he's using a different ball, shooting from a 3-point line that's a farther distance from the basket, and he's learning to plan an all new position.
Oladipo's turnover numbers have to come down. He's rebounding at a great rate for his size and position, but that should come as no surprise to Indiana fans who watched him play for three years. So far, Oladipo's best performance came Friday night against Memphis. He scored 22 points on 6-of-12 shooting in 29 minutes. He's also recorded a double-double this preseason, recording 12 points and 11 boards at Dallas last Monday.

ANALYSIS: Zeller hasn't had quite the preseason impact in Charlotte that Oladipo has had in Orlando, but he's improved consistently throughout the preseason. Zeller's biggest challenges this season will likely come on the defensive end, where he will sometimes have to guard guys much heavier and stronger than he is.
In Zeller's last game, he had 14 points and 10 rebounds against Dallas (so both Zeller and Oladipo had a double-double against the Mavs). Zeller has only blocked one shot in six games, and he has not attempted a single 3-pointer. We heard that the 3-point shot would become part of Zeller's arsenal in the NBA, but it has not yet.
