There was no way to sugarcoat Saturday's Indiana loss at Wisconsin.
The offense looked confused ending the first half with 84 yards and with the defense not getting any help, the team fell apart. The game ended with the Hoosier defense giving up 676 yards of offense and 554 yards rushing.
The offense put up a 224 yard performance, well below its season average coming into the game.
It was the first time all season that the team was not competitive. It was also the first time IU didn't score at least 28 points.
At IU's media availability Monday, the Hoosiers tried to keep a positive tone. The players said that the team playing last Saturday wasn't them and they just had a bad day. They believe they can play much better on the big stage Saturday against the Buckeyes. Kevin Wilson didn't seem rattled. He is set on coaching a team that is constantly improving and competing in every game.
Here is a clip of Stephen Houston talking to the media and how he is putting the Wisconsin game in the past. He also talks about Ohio State.
