Three Players to Watch: Ohio State

Here's who you should keep an eye on Saturday in Columbus.

With different games this season, there will be two or three Indiana players that we think could come up especially big.

Here's three Indiana players in particular to keep an eye on today against Ohio State:

1. Tevin Coleman: Will he play or won't he? Coleman is probably still doubtful against Ohio State after getting injured late in a game against Illinois two weeks ago, but if he does play, he'll be a major factor for Indiana. He has a rushing touchdown in every game he's played in this season and will be key in keeping the explosive Ohio State offense off the field.

If Coleman doesn't play, it will be up to Stephen Houston and D'Angelo Roberts to carry the load and give the Hoosiers a balanced attack.

2. Nate Sudfeld: I'm going to predict Sudfeld gets the start again, and he better be much better than he was last week at Wisconsin. The entire Indiana offense struggled all day in a 51-3 loss to the Badgers, and it always starts with the quarterback. If Indiana is to beat Ohio State, it will have to put up a big number, and Sudfeld is capable of helping the Hoosiers do just that.

3. Cody Latimer: Yes, all offense on this week's players to watch because I haven't been particularly impressed by any one player on the defensive side consistently this season. If Indiana upsets the Buckeyes, it will be the offense that gets it done.

Prior to last week's game against Wisconsin, Latimer had six touchdown catches in his four previous games. He needs to get back on track Saturday and be Sudfeld (or Tre Roberson's) primary target. Top Stories
