Tegray Scales will be a Hoosier

Scout.com national analyst Dave Berk had the story Sunday evening that Tegray Scales has ended his recruitment and committed to Indiana. Scales has long been one of IU's top recruiting priorities. He's a 4-star linebacker.

Tegray Scales has been a top priority for the Indiana football staff on the recruiting front for a long time.

He was on campus this weekend and had one final visit planned to Minnesota for next weekend.

Earlier Sunday, Scales cancelled the Minnesota visit and informed Kevin Wilson and his staff that he would like to play football for the Hoosiers.

Scales, a 4-star linebacker from Cincinnati (Ohio) Colerain, is another important pickup on the defensive side of the ball.

He becomes the 20th player to commit in the 2014 recruiting class.
