Report: Vonleh declares for NBA Draft

Indiana freshman Noah Vonleh is leaving college and declaring for the 2014 NBA Draft.

Noah Vonleh's career at Indiana is officially over.

Vonleh is leaving Bloomington after one year and will declare for the 2014 NBA Draft, according to a report by CBS Sports on Sunday night.

"It's going to suck leaving college without an NCAA Tournament," Vonleh told CBS Sports' Gary Parrish in a phone interview. "But I have to do what's best for me."

Vonleh averaged 11.3 points and 9.0 rebounds per game in his only season as a Hoosier. He is projected to be a lottery pick in June's draft.

Vonleh's departure leaves the Hoosiers small inside and places even more importance on IU landing Temple transfer Anthony Lee.

We will have more on this story if and when we receive word from IU. Top Stories
