The 2013-14 Indiana University basketball season is in the books.
A 17-15 overall record and a 7-11 mark in Big Ten play brought with it a sense of disappointment from an IU fan base just one year removed from a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
So where does Indiana go from here?
Indiana head coach Tom Crean sat down with AllHoosiers.com's Justin Albers and Terry Hutchens earlier this week for an exclusive interview where he answered questions on a wide range of topics.
Do you see Devin Davis playing the 5 position next season?
What are your thoughts on the improvement of Hanner Mosquera-Perea?
Do you expect Collin Hartman to be back by next season after tearing his ACL last month?
Are you planning to take the team out of the United States this offseason for a trip to play some outside competition?
What are your thoughts on both the non-conference and Big Ten schedules will the 2014 non-conference schedule in particular be upgraded?
Rather than just do one or two stories that would basically be in a Q&A format, the AllHoosiers.com staff will do a series of stories over the next three days that look at specific topics that Crean provided perspective on.
When the series has been completed, we will also run a story that is a complete recap in Q&A form of the exclusive interview with Crean.
Today, we have two stories:
The first is on soon-to-be-junior forward Hanner Mosquera-Perea. Crean on Perea: 'He's been easily distracted.'
Coming up Thursday and Friday, we will also have stories about Crean's shifting philosophy on walk-on tryouts, something on Devin Davis, a story about recruiting the state of Indiana, and something about the schedule. And there could be other stories, too.
Check back daily over the next few days to read new thoughts from Crean in AllHoosiers.com's exclusive interview with the IU coach this week.
