Indiana's search for a big man in the 2014 class is the hottest topic in Bloomington right now, and for good reason.
The parameters of that search continue to expand, as well, with the Hoosiers expressing interest in two new players.
He goes by Moses Ayegba now, and he is leaving Georgetown with one year of eligibility remaining. He will be able to play right away next season.
Ayegba never completely panned out with the Hoyas -- he averaged just 1.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per game last season -- but he is another big body. He shouldn't be IU's top choice, but I still think Tom Crean and his staff should consider him. Ayegba is 6-foot-9 and 247 pounds.
"Moses and coach Crean have always had a close relationship," a source told AllHoosiers.com. "There was always interest there."
The other name to know, and this one is even more critical, is Link Kabadyundi. Kabadyundi is a 7-foot-1 Canadian center whose stock has skyrocketed recently. He committed to Albany initially, but reopened his recruitment and is now drawing interest from Nebraska, Florida, TCU, SMU, and others. He has already taken an official visit to Nebraska.
Indiana coaches Tom Crean and Kenny Johnson visited Kabadyundi in Quebec this week, and the interest appears to be high from the Hoosiers.
We will have more on both of these players as the story develops. Stay tuned, and thanks for reading.
