Indiana offers 2015 G Shake Milton

The Hoosiers extended a scholarship offer to 2015 guard Shake Milton on Monday.

Recently, I reported here and in the forum that Indiana had been recruiting a few new players in the 2015 class.

The Hoosiers offered one of those new guys on Monday, extending a scholarship offer to 2015 guard Shake Milton from Oklahoma.

Milton, a 6-foot-4, 175-pound guard, is currently unranked, but he also owns offers from Creighton, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, SMU, Texas A&M, Tulsa and Wake Forest.

Milton was the Gatorade Player of the Year in Oklahoma last year, averaging 28.0 points and 5.9 rebounds per game for Owasso High School. He plays for the MOKAN Elite AAU team in the EBYL Circuit and is averaging 11.6 points per game this season.

Milton said at an EYBL session in Minnesota that the four schools currently recruiting him the hardest are Indiana, Baylor and Oklahoma. Milton is mainly being recruited by IU assistant Steve McClain.

As first reported by, Indiana is also pursuing 2015 forward Juwan Morgan, who is a teammate of Milton's with MOKAN Elite.
