Updated Schedule: IU Basketball

As always this time of the year, the Indiana University basketball schedule is a fluid document. The final schedule won't be announced until the Big Ten announces dates and times for the entire 2015 conference season.

Here's what we know at this point:

Indiana will play five games in six days in a Foreign Trip to Canada. That schedules looks like this:

Aug. 8 – Concordia University, 7 p.m.

Aug. 10 – Ottawa University, 7 p.m.

Aug. 11 – Carleton University (Ottawa) 6 p.m.

Aug. 12 – McGill University, 7 p.m.

Aug. 13 – University of Quebec, 1 p.m.

As for the regular season, there are three games Indiana will host at Assembly Hall that the dates are not known. Those will be against SMU, Lamar (as reported by Inside the Hall) and New Orleans.

The known dates are:

Dec. 2 – ACC/Big Ten Challenge vs. Pittsburgh, Assembly Hall, TBA

Dec. 9 – Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden, vs. Louisville, 9 p.m.

Dec. 20 – Crossroads Classic at Bankers Life Fieldhouse vs. Butler, TBA

Dec. 27 – Georgetown at Madison Square Garden (reported by Inside the Hall), TBA

In addition, these are the opponents for conference play:

Home and Home: Maryland, Michigan State, Ohio State and Purdue.

Home only: Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Penn State.

Away only: Illinois, Nebraska, Northwestern and Wisconsin.
