Indiana beats McGill, 96-69

James Blackmon Jr. scored 21 points and Troy Williams added 18 points and nine rebounds Tuesday night as Indiana improved to 3-1 on the Canadian trip with a 96-69 win over McGill.

James Blackmon Jr. took his turn in the starring role Tuesday night in the fourth game of Indiana's Canadian trip.

The true freshman guard from Marion, Ind. led the Hoosiers with 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting to help lead Indiana to a 96-69 victory over McGill at Love Competition Hall.

Indiana is now 3-1 on the Canadian trip with one game to play. The Hoosiers face the University of Quebec at Montreal Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the trip's finale.

IU led by 11 after the first quarter of play at 28-17 before breaking it open in the second period. The Hoosiers outscored McGill 34-12 in the second quarter to take a 62-29 halftime edge.

Troy Williams scored 18 points and pulled down nine rebounds, Nick Zeisloft had 15 points, Stanford Robinson had 14 and Yogi Ferrell added 11.

The Hoosiers have now scored at least 95 points in each of the four games of the foreign trip.
