Juwan Morgan moves up official visit to IU

2015 forward Juwan Morgan has moved up his official visit to Indiana to this weekend. Read more here.

Juwan Morgan, a 2015 forward from Missouri, has moved up his official visit to Indiana and will now be in Bloomington this weekend.

Morgan initially scheduled his official visit for Sept. 26-28 and planned to visit the school with his AAU teammate, guard Shake Milton.

Morgan, a 6-foot-9 forward, is one of IU's top big man prospects in the 2015 class. Milton, from Oklahoma, will still take his official visit Sept. 25-27, so it will just be Morgan this weekend.

"I want to get the visits done because of the class schedule I have I'd miss a lot of core classes," Morgan told AllHoosiers.com.

Morgan will arrive in Bloomington on Friday.

The obvious downside to Morgan visiting this weekend is the fact IU doesn't have a home football game. The Hoosiers will host Maryland the weekend Milton will be in town, so there won't be as much going on this weekend.

Morgan and Milton both have been on IU's campus once before. The two players took unofficial trips to Bloomington over the summer.

Morgan has already taken an official visit to Vanderbilt and will visit Washington Sept.11-13. He still plans to visit Stanford before making a final decision and said he may move that visit up as well.
