According to court documents, Mosquera-Perea pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a charge stemming from his Feb. 14 arrest. It's a Class C misdemeanor.
Mosquera-Perea will be required to do 50 hours of community service, and his driver's license has been suspended for 90 days. He will also be required to complete nearly a year of probation as part of the agreement.
Mosquera-Perea, a 6-foot-10 forward, is expected to be Indiana's primary option in the paint this season.
