Football Recruiting Update: November 15, 2014

1. Anna Hickey had this report on 2016 RB Chris Evans from Ben Davis talking about his IU offer. LINK

2. Hickey also reported that 2015 IU commit Joe Belden from Avon had surgery this week to repair a broken wrist that he injured in the spring. Tough kid.

3. Simone Scott had this report about Chaminade Julienne DE Jeffery Pooler who visited recently. He called the visit his best one yet. LINK

4. Bill Green had this story a hot running back prospect in Ohio to keep an eye on, 2016 RB Chawntez Moss from Bedford, Ohio. LINK

5. Annabel Stephan had this report on 2016 Belton (Texas) OL Zach Shackelford. He is hearing from Indiana. LINK

6. Derek Young reported that Indiana has renewed interest in Iowa Western CC cornerback Mondo Williams who will be visiting for the Bucket game. He may also have Safety Ace Rogers with him.

7. Allen Trieu reported that Indiana has interest in Baldwin, Mich. QB Brandon Childress and has invited him for the Bucket game, too.

8. Speaking of the quarterback position which is now cloudy after Tommy Stevens’ flip to Penn State, Beth Long reported that 2016 Oswego (Ill.) QB Steven Frank has heard from IU. LINK
