Titus Booker flips from IU to Wisconsin

And the flips keep coming for the Indiana University football team.

Last week it was quarterback Tommy Stevens of Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis who announced he was de-committing from Indiana and heading to Penn State.

Today, the top running back in IU’s class, Titus Booker, tweeted that he was flipping from Indiana to Wisconsin. Booker had been in Madison this weekend.
