Every week AllHoosiers.com’s Ben Faunce has a feature looking back at how Indiana’s football commits in the class of 2015 fared the week before.

As playoff action continued last week, three Hoosier commits were able to help lead their teams to victory and advance in postseason play.

Nick Westbrook led Lake Mary (Fla.) to a 43-30 first round victory over Flagler Palm Coast with seven receptions for 191 yards and three touchdowns. Westbrook has a remarkable 74 receptions for 1,655 yards and 19 touchdowns in his senior season. Lake Mary will take on First Coast in the second round of the Florida State Playoffs on Friday.

Austin Dorris ran for 124 yards and two touchdowns, adding 91 passing yards and one touchdown through the air, as Shadyside (Ohio) took down Paint Valley 41-15 in the second round of the Ohio State Playoffs. Shadyside will visit Trimble in the regional finals on Saturday.

Leon Thornton caught six passes for 43 yards as Montini (Ill.) defeated conference rival Marian Central Catholic 23-13 in the Illinois State Playoffs Quarterfinals. Thornton passed the 50-reception mark in the game, totaling 53 catches on the season. Thornton and the Broncos will host Geneseo in the semifinal round on Saturday.

Hunter Littlejohn and the Olentagny Liberty (Ohio) offense weren’t able to keep up with St. Edward, falling 41-12 in the regional semifinals.
