Multiple Hoosier freshmen saw action against Ohio State.
Zander Diamont got his fifth career start, completing 11-of-27 passes for 114 yards and an interception. He also had six carries for 42 yards and a touchdown.
Tegray Scales finished with eight tackles, including one for loss, and one sack.
Greg Gooch saw some playing time on defense, recording two tackles.
J-Shun Harris II saw most of his playing time returning punts on special teams. He had two returns for a total of 40 yards.
Dominique Booth recorded two catches for 18 yards.
Devine Redding played sparingly, finishing with one carry for six yards.
Kiante Walton also saw some playing time on defense but did not record a tackle.
Jordan Fuchs also played sparingly but did not record any receptions. He was targeted just once by Diamont.
Robert McCray III saw some playing time on defense, but finished with zero tackles.
Tony Fields played sparingly, finishing with zero tackles.
Simmie Cobbs finished with zero receptions.
