Every week AllHoosiers.com’s Ben Faunce has a weekly feature looking back at how Indiana’s football commits in the class of 2015 fared the week before.

As playoff action continued last week, three Hoosier commits remained in action last week.

Nick Westbrook caught five passes for 146 yards, but Lake Mary (Fla.) fell to Jacksonville First Coast 56-36, knocking them out of the playoffs. Westbrook finished his senior season with 79 receptions for 1,801 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Leon Thornton recorded eight receptions for 161 yards and one touchdown, as Montini (Ill.) dominated Geneseo 52-15. Thornton has totaled 61 receptions for 873 yards and 10 touchdowns on the season. Montini will take on Sacred Heart-Griffin in the Illinois State final on Saturday.

Austin Dorris ended his senior season in poor fashion, as his team committed three red zone turnovers in a devastating 31-21 Shadyside (Ohio) loss to Glouster Trimble. Dorris’ highlight of the game was a 73-yard touchdown run.
