Crawford, Hale are IU's two latest FB commits

Indiana's commitment list is up to 17 following two more commits on Thursday. Jonathan Crawford and Donovan Hale were high school teams at Largo (Fla.) High School.

A week ago at this time, Indiana’s number of committed players in the class of 2015 sat at 10.

But with the commitments Thursday of Largo (Fla.) teammates Jonathan Crawford and Donovan Hale to Indiana, the Hoosiers’ commitment number is up to 17.

Crawford is a 6-2, 171-pound safety and who is a 3-star recruit by Donovan Hale is a 2-star recruit who has been recruited as an athlete. He is 6-4, 205.

Crawford had a ton of offers. Some of his other Big Ten offers included Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Hale is a two-sport athlete who actually had received a basketball scholarship offer from Florida State. He indicated on his Twitter feed that he was hoping to potentially play both sports at IU.

The last football/basketball two-sport athlete at IU was James Hardy.
