Meet IU football commit Jonathan Crawford

Every day leading up to Signing Day on Feb. 4, we have been trying to introduce IU fans to members of Kevin's Wilson class of 2015. Today, we look at Largo (Fla.) safety Jonathan Crawford.

With signing day just a few days away on Feb. 4, AllHoosiers.com is hoping to introduce Indiana football fans to some of its commits. The first way we’re doing that is looking at players who have Scout Spotlight videos that have been done on them.

Monday, we looked at Brandon Wilson, the 6-4, 238-pound defensive end from Winter Garden, Fla. West Orange High School.

Tuesday, we introduced IU fans to quarterback prospect Austin King, a pocket passer from Alpharetta, Ga.

Wednesday, we had a story on Tyler Green, a 6-2, 180-pound safety from Hyattsville, Md. that was originally committed to Ohio State before flipping to the Hoosiers.

Thursday, we focused on OL Hunter Littlejohn, a 6-3, 285-pound offensive guard from Powell, Ohio who has been committed to the Hoosiers since June of last year.

Friday, it was Mike Majette, who initially committed to Maryland before flipping to the Hoosiers.

Saturday, we highlighted Largo (Fla.) quarterback Donovan Hale who committed to Indiana along on Dec. 18.

Today, we focus on his Largo High School teammate Jonathan Crawford, who committed to IU the same day as Hale.

Let’s begin with a look at his Scout Spotlight video.

Crawford is a 6-2, 180-pound safety who is a three-star recruit by Scout.com.

Crawford had a ton of major college scholarship offers, 19 in all.

Some of those schools included Georgia Tech, Illinois, Louisville, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Syracuse, Virginia and Wisconsin.
