There is only one spot left in the class now after JUCO WR Camion Patrick signed his letter of intent moments ago. This gives the Hoosiers five wide receivers in this class.
Donavan Hale is in and the 21 high school players who had committed have all signed with IU. Nice to know there were no signing day surprises this year like a year ago when Airius Moore flipped to North Carolina State on signing day.
Add in UAB transfers Jordan Howard and Marqui Hawkins and IU is up to 23 commits.
So there are two spots left. Who will take them?
Leon Thornton makes 20. Waiting to hear on Donavan Hale and the 21 high school players that we knew about will be done.
Hale's high school teammate, Jonathan Crawford, signed with IU today. He was one of the first three to officially be announced by IU.
Jacob Robinson is in as officially No. 19 according to the Indiana Football twitter account.
The number is officially up to 18 with Andre Brown, Reakwon Jones and DaVondre Love in according to the Indiana Football Twitter account.
Need to go back and check on Jacob Robinson. Have seen tweets where he sent his papers in but haven't seen it official yet.
Also looking for Leon Thornton and Donovan Hale. That would be it for the 21 committed high school players in the class to date.
Have heard via Twitter that DaVondre Dove and Andre Brown's letters may be in, too.
There are no surprises early with Indiana’s signing class.
Officially, the first signee announced by IU on Twitter was S Tyler Green.
He was followed in order by DE Joe Belden, S Jonathan Crawford, RB Devonte Williams, WR Isaac James, WR Nick Westbrook, ATH Mike Majette, QB Austin King, DE Brandon Wilson, OG Hunter Littlejohn, OG Simon Stepaniak, OT Brandon Knight and TE Austin Dorris.
That is officially 13 by 8:40 but others have also indicated on Twitter that they have sent in their papers.
