It figures to be a busy summer for 2017 forward Jaren Jackson. Jackson, a top 30 prospect from Park Tudor, already owns offers from Indiana, Butler, Purdue and Ball State, and he added a new offer from Xavier this past week.
Jackson told AllHoosiers.com this week that no school sticks out as a favorite at this point and that he's just focused on getting better this summer. Jackson said he hopes to visit Xavier, Georgetown and Michigan State in the near future.
Jackson has been nursing a foot injury for the last several weeks, an injury that caused him to miss the final game for his Indiana Elite AAU team at the adidas Gauntlet in Dallas last weekend. Jackson is sitting out Indiana Elite's Indyball.com Shootout this weekend to rest the foot and get healthy for next week's Gauntlet event in Indianapolis, an event that will be open to college coaches.
Jackson, now 6-foot-9, won a second straight state championship with Park Tudor this school season. AllHoosiers.com will continue to keep you updated on Jackson's recruitment as the summer progresses.
