B1G Transfer Update: 8 players leaving

A total of eight Big Ten basketball players, including two from Indiana, have announced their intentions to play elsewhere next season. Three others have taken the early entry route, to date, to the NBA Draft.

A total of eight players in the Big Ten, including two from Indiana, have announced to date their intentions to transfer.

Three others have opted for early entry into the NBA Draft and more could still announce as the April 26 deadline approaches on Sunday.

Here is a list of the players who have announced they are transferring from Big Ten schools:

Illinois: Aaron Crosby.

Indiana: Max Hoetzel and Stanford Robinson.

Iowa: Trey Dickerson.

Northwestern: Johnnie Vassar.

Purdue: Bryson Scott.

Rutgers: Junior Etou and Kerwin Okoro.

As for the early entry players, the three includes Terran Petteway and Walter Pitchford from Nebraska and Sam Dekker from Wisconsin. Announcements are still pending for players such as D’Angelo Russell of Ohio State, Michigan’s Caris LeVert and IU’s Yogi Ferrell.
