VIDEO: IU in control of state, conference

Indiana head coach Tom Crean didn't think Assembly Hall could get any louder than it was when the Hoosiers beat Iowa earlier this season, but on Saturday night against the Boilermakers, he admitted he was mistaken. Indiana fans brought energy, cheers, and one message into Assembly Hall on Saturday: #BoilerDown.

The Hoosiers battled in a rough game that brought bumps, bruises, and injuries. Despite a late rally by the Boilermakers, the Hoosiers handled the pressure and sent Purdue home with a loss.

Junior forward Troy Williams led the Hoosiers with a 19-point performance that earned him a spot next to teammate Yogi Ferrell in the 1,000 point club at Indiana, the eighth player under Crean to do so. But it was the big men battling underneath that made the biggest difference on Saturday--something Indiana was unable to do against Purdue last season.
