March Madness strikes Hoosiers

Indiana has never won the Big Ten Tournament, and all signs pointed towards changing that history this season. After a loss on Friday to Michigan in their first game of the tournament, however, the top-seeded Hoosiers won't get that chance. As their B1G Tournament woes continue for another season, the Hoosiers find themselves with only the NCAA Tournament left in front of them.

Juwan Morgan said they had more fight. Max Bielfeldt said he could see a look in their eyes. Yogi Ferrell said the Hoosiers needed to play like them in the NCAA Tournament.

The Indiana Hoosiers knew that their opponent came into Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Friday ready to play. Unlike the Hoosiers, Michigan was playing for everything--a win would likely be their only chance to advance to the NCAA Tournament. But despite Indiana's loss, they are taking the determination they saw in the Wolverines on Friday--the same drive the Hoosiers have shown as of late this season-- as a model to prepare them for the NCAA Tournament.
