After wrapping up his to Indiana Monday, 2018 Christ The King (N.Y.) defensive back Jarrett Paul l came away impressed by what he saw.

"Overall, the visit was great," Paul told Monday evening. "I was most impressed by the campus. Everything you need is right on campus."

The 6-foot-1, 189-pound cornerback from Middle Village, New York  said he spent most of his day with co-defensive backs coach Brandon Shelby after having lunch with Noah Joseph, the other co-defensive backs coach.

"My relationship with them is great," Paul said. "And it's only going to get better because I was able to visit today."

Paul has been in contact with Shelby since early March and said he'll be sending tape from three of his games from his upcoming junior season to Shelby.

As that conversation continues, he'll be hearing from other schools as well. Penn State, Syracuse, Maryland and Boston College have all expressed interest, according to Paul.

Of those four schools, Paul said he has visits scheduled for Maryland on June 22, Syracuse on July 12 and Penn State on July 16.

Though Paul is in the Class of 2018, he previously told he plans to graduate mid-year and enroll at whichever school he school he goes to in January 2018. Top Stories
