Plant H.S. opens their 2016 season on Saturday, August 27th at Bryant H.S. in Cottondale, Alabama.

Allen, who is the son of IU defensive coordinator Tom Allen, chose the Hoosiers over offers from Rutgers, South Florida, Southern Miss, Air Force, Bowling Green, Colorado State, FIU, Miami (OH), South Alabama, Alcorn State, Dartmouth, Eastern Kentucky and Princeton.

Carmel (0-1) opened the 2016 season with a 27-21 loss at home to Hamilton Southeastern H.S. In the game Beery recorded four tackles and he blocked a field goal.

Columbus East (1-0) opened the 2016 season with a 62-7 blowout win at home over Bloomington North. In the victory Crider was the starter at center for the Olympians.
