IU football visitors for Cream & Crimson game takes a look at the football prospects that will be visiting Indiana tonight for the Cream & Crimson Spring Game.

When the Indiana football team concludes spring football later today with the 2017 Cream & Crimson Spring Game there will be a handful of top targets from the 2018 and 2019 classes on campus for unofficial visits. has confirmed several of the visitors that are scheduled to be at IU today.

William Chapman is a 2019 linebacker prospect from Cathedral H.S. in Indianapolis. The junior-to-be is receiving interest from Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State and Central Michigan.

Andrew Cunningham is a running back prospect from Cambridge Christian H.S. in Tampa, Florida. This past fall he carried the ball 118 times for 1,241 yards and 17 touchdowns. He also had 14 receptions for 205 yards and three touchdowns. The three-star recruit has offers from Indiana, Maryland, Purdue, Rutgers, Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, Kansas, Kansas State, Kentucky, Louisville, Missouri, N.C. State, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Oregon State, South Carolina, Syracuse, Utah, West Virginia, Cincinnati, South Florida, Akron, Bowling Green, Colorado State, East Carolina, Florida International, Memphis, Middle Tennessee State, Southern Miss, Western Kentucky, Louisiana-Monroe and Liberty.

Mike Gardner is a safety prospect from DeSoto H.S. in DeSoto, Texas. Last fall Gardner recorded 62 tackles, three pass break-ups, three forced fumbles, one interception and one fumble recovery. He has picked up offers from Indiana, Fresno State, Nevada and Illinois State.

Tyrik Henderson is a cornerback prospect from Glenbard North H.S. in Carol Stream, Illinois. The three-star recruit has offers from Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Purdue, Boston College, Iowa State, Missouri, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Colorado State, New Mexico, Northern Illinois, Temple, Toledo, Western Michigan, Wyoming, South Dakota State and Yale.

Sam Johnson is a 2019 quarterback prospect from Walled Lake Western H.S. in Walled Lake, Michigan. He threw for 1,700 yards and 18 touchdowns as a freshman in 2015 before battling injuries last fall. Johnson played his freshman and sophomore seasons at Southfield A&T High School, but starting this fall he will be at Walled Lake Western. He has offers from Illinois, Syracuse, Cincinnati, Temple, Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Ohio, Miami (OH), Toledo and Western Michigan to go along with interest from Indiana.

Nick Marozas is an offensive line prospect from Brother Rice H.S. in Chicago. The three-star recruit was at IU last month and he told afterwards that the Hoosiers were one of his top schools. He has offers from Indiana, Minnesota, Cincinnati, Ball State, Buffalo, Central Michigan, Colorado State, Eastern Michigan, Miami (OH), Northern Illinois, Toledo, Western Kentucky, Western Michigan and Wyoming.

Gavin McCabe is a defensive line prospect from Marist H.S. in Chicago. Following the 2016 season he was named the East Suburban Catholic Conference Defensive Lineman of the Year, and he was also named to the All-Conference team. McCabe has offers from Indiana, Purdue, Rutgers, Arkansas, Boston College, Iowa State, Kansas, Syracuse, Washington State, West Virginia, Cincinnati, Ball State, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Colorado State, Miami (OH), New Mexico, Northern Illinois, Toledo, Western Michigan, Wyoming, Illinois State and Yale.

Kristian Pechac is a running back prospect from Bloomington South H.S. that committed to the Hoosiers this past weekend. Last fall he rushed for 2,030 yards and 28 touchdowns. Pechac’s father, Mike Pechac, is the Director of Player Development and Academic Enhancement for the IU program. The four-star recruit chose Indiana over offers from Minnesota, Louisville, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Western Kentucky, Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Kent State, Northern Illinois, Toledo and Western Michigan.

Noah Shannon is a defensive line prospect from Oswego H.S. in Oswego, Illinois.  This past fall he recorded 56 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, seven QB hurries, 3.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. The three-star recruit has offers from Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Rutgers, Duke, Iowa State, Kansas State, Missouri, Syracuse, Virginia, Cincinnati, Central Florida, Central Michigan, Colorado State, Northern Illinois and Western Michigan.
