Indiana's Oct. 22 football game against Ohio State will be played at 11 a.m. EST/CDT, the Big Ten Conference announced Monday.

The contest against the 15th-ranked Buckeyes will be the fourth straight 11 a.m. contest for the Hoosiers, who have played Wisconsin and Illinois at 11 a.m., and will do the same on Saturday, Oct. 15, against Iowa in Iowa City.

The Ohio State game will be televised by ESPN Plus in the Big Ten Conference viewing area, and ESPN/ESPN2 outside the Big Ten Conference viewing area.

The Ohio State game figures to draw Indiana's biggest home crowd of the season, as Ohio State generally brings a large contingent of fans from neighboring Ohio to Memorial Stadium. In Ohio State's last four trips to Bloomington (1996, 1998, 2001, 2003) it's been the largest turnout on the year for IU, drawing at least 48,000 to each game.

While Ohio State figures to once again bring a large contingent of fans, it isn't expected to have the same throng that it's had in recent years, thanks to an increased turnout by IU fans. Season ticket sales are up 39 percent from a year ago, while student season tickets are up 106 percent from the 2004 season.

"I know the students are there for us," IU Coach Terry Hoepnner said. "I made a pledge to them at the (Oct. 7) pep rally that I would be in the crowd with them (after the game), and I am going to make a habit of that. I appreciate them tremendously."
