Bailey is Indiana's second-leading receiver, catching 27 passes for 335 yards and three touchdowns. He caught two passes for 51 yards in the Hoosiers' 42-21 loss to Minnesota over the weekend, and he had his best statistical game at Iowa, when he caught nine passes for 65 yards and one touchdown in a 38-21 IU loss.

Despite his loss, Indiana still has three receivers on the roster who have caught at least 24 balls, including James Hardy (57 catches, 855 yards, 10 TDs), Jahkeen Gilmore (26-293-2) and Marcus Thigpen (24-342-2). Bailey's departure will likely elevate true freshman Brandon Walker-Roby (7-53-1) to the Hoosiers No. 4 wide receiver.

As a prep at Detroit's Denby H.S., the 6-2, 200-pound Bailey was a Detroit Free Press "Dream Team" member, representing the top 22 players in the state of Michigan. Bailey caught 44 passes for 817 yards and 12 touchdowns as a high school senior.
