Bloomington – According to a published report, Kyrie Irving won't be visiting Indiana the weekend of Oct. 2.
Adam Zagoria of Zagsblog.net reported today that a scheduling conflict has resulted in Irving scratching his trip to Bloomington the first weekend of October.
"We're going to reschedule with Indiana," Irving's father, Dredrick Irving, told Zagoria. "We have other schools in line. It's just a matter of us finding a fit that's conducive for both parties."
This clearly isn't good news for Indiana, which is now jockeying with a couple of other schools for Irving's fifth and final official visit. Irving is already set to take officials to Duke (Sept. 25), Texas A&M (Oct. 9), Kentucky (Oct. 15) and recently-added Georgia Tech (Oct. 23).
In addition to Indiana, Seton Hall and UConn are also hoping that Irving decides to take an official.
