One of the nations top signal callers preps at Jefferson High School in Lafayette, Indiana.
Mike Vlahogeorge, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound, gunslinger threw for 2,900 yards and 25 touchdowns as a sophomore and 4,285 yards and 37 touchdowns in 2002.
Vlahogeorge will attend the Michigan Nike Camp where he should be considered for the prestigious "Elite 11" quarterbacks camp.
"I've never coaches a kid like Mike Vlahogeorge," said Jefferson head coach Fred Kutruff
"Mike is absolute freak of nature. I've never seen a quarterback on this level with a stronger arm. He needs to harness his arm strength at times and learn how to throw with a little more touch."
We asked Mike Vlahogeorge if he has any scholarship offers at this time.
"Indiana and Toledo are my only written offers so far," Vlahogeorge said. "Illinois, Michigan, Colorado, Florida State, Tennessee and Notre Dame are sending the most hand-written letters.
"My favorites are Florida State, Tennessee, Illinois, Michigan, Purdue, Colorado and Indiana."
Vlahogeorge says besides the (Michigan) Nike Camp, he'll be attending camps at Illinois and Florida State.
