Bobby McMillen Details Thought Process

Naperville 2015 linebacker Bobby McMillen was one of Iowa State's first offers in the class. McMillen will be on campus this weekend for the Cyclones' first Junior Day. Is he close to a decision? Head inside for more

A busy spring continues for Naperville (IL) 2015 linebacker Bobby McMillen, who visited Western Michigan last weekend and in a few days will drive to Ames for Iowa State's Junior Day.

"Really excited, it should be a good time," McMillen said via text message Monday.

The Cyclones offered the 6-foot-2, 220-pound McMillen in early February, joining Central Michigan.

No matter how good an impression Iowa State makes over the weekend, McMillen doesn't expect to commit just yet, maintaining he'll likely wait until summertime.

"Most likely," he said. "My dad is not gonna be there so I'm gonna wait and see what he thinks about [ISU] when we visit sometime in April."

McMillen's father, Bob, is head coach of the Los Angeles Kiss of the Arena Football League.

The linebacker is also hearing from Illinois and Iowa.
