ISU Hoops Schedule Released

Iowa State's conference schedule includes a possible College GameDay showdown against Kansas at Hilton

The dates are all set.

The Big 12 released its composite 2014-15 conference basketball schedule Thursday. Iowa State knew it'd be featured on ESPN's Big Monday from Jan. 26 through Feb. 9 — with a March 2 hosting of Oklahoma also an option — and, without any further information, it looks like it might draw ESPN's College GameDay to Hilton Coliseum for the Jan. 17 game against the Jayhawks.

Fred Hoiberg's squad won the Big 12 tournament in 2014, dispatching Kansas State, Baylor and Kansas. Those teams make up three of Iowa State's first five conference opponents. The Cyclones, who were 11-7 in the conference's regular season, begin Big 12 competition at home versus Oklahoma State — which was Iowa State's last home opponent in 2014.

The Cyclones open the 2014-15 season Nov. 14 against Oakland.
